Brasserie of Light, Selfridges
Sign and Menu Lectern
There were many processes to go through to finish, on an extremely tight deadline, this particular job. Before making the lecterns we needed to set up an artwork and engrave the menu case before
folding and then fabrication. One of the lecterns needed to be battery operated and the other hard wired, both needed to be mobile so we added wheels which meant they could be easily moved by one person.
The main sign needed to be aged to match existing paneling on the Selfridges building. The brass menu cases on the external columns also needed to be aged and made to a slimline finish, so as not to obstruct the main doors.
I like the report
